Mechanical Vendor / Material Receiving Inspector
Location: Petro Rabigh, Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7+ years inspection experience OR Diploma in Engineering with 10+ years inspection experience.
Minimum 3 years in Vendor Inspection (Client side / Major EPC preferred).
Experience in Saudi Aramco / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
Aramco Approvals preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAMSS, SAEP-1151, SAEP-380, Schedule Q, and SA 175 Forms.
Fully conversant with Saudi Aramco standards and fabrication practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vendor inspection activities to ensure compliance with Purchase Orders, Schedule Q, and Aramco standards.
Review PRs, purchase documents, ITPs, and vendor quality deliverables.
Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) and finalize inspection/test plans.
Monitor vendor QMS and material/equipment quality.
Prepare and manage EDRs and review MRBs.
Coordinate TPI, expediting activities, and discipline inspectors.
Review IR/IRN/IRC reports and vendor documentation.
