•Maintaining all logs for records.
•Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
•Inspection of concrete pouring and site work such as excavation work, footing and grade beam layout, superstructure slabs
•Issuance of INCR’s and follows up for corrective action and closure
•Maintain documentation: WIR, MIR, IR, test reports, NCR, close-out.
•Review technical submittals, and method statements.
•Inspection of civil works: excavation, backfilling, waterproofing, footing/foundation, concrete works, CMU, plaster, painting, tiling, and finishing.
•Verifying floor flatness, slope to drains, traffic-rated slabs, and epoxy/industrial floor preparations.
•Structural inspections before and after concrete pouring including steel reinforcement, formwork, slump, air content, and temperature checks.
•Conduct Field Density Tests (FDT) and verify compaction for roadworks, sub-base, and base layers.
•Conduct daily inspections and maintain detailed records of work progress, compliance status, and non-conformities.
•Verify that all materials used on site are approved, properly stored, and carry valid Material Approval Requests (MARs).
Coordinate with the contractor, consultant, and client representatives to ensure timely inspections and avoid delays.
