• Design drawings, shop drawings, As-built drawings verification from the contractors, inspections of material and site construction activities of low Current systems (Fire Alarm, IBMS, Structure Cabling, TELE/DATA, Data Center, Security IPCCTV, Access Control, IPTV,etc.
• Check and Review Contractor’s drawings, technical submittals and MOD.
• Ensures that Contractor’s electrical low current equipment, material and installation are in conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Issues non-conformance reports for non-compliance or defective items.
• Conduct surveillance inspections, hold point release inspections, and witness other inspections.
• Review specifications, drawings, inspections, test reports, delivery schedule, operation & manual and technical data.
• Assisting the Contractor and subcontractors for interpreting drawing and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Design Engineering on constructability issues relating to Electrical discipline.
