Overview
Assistant Manager – IT responsible for managing daily IT operations, leading the IT team, ensuring system availability and security, and supporting business operations through reliable and scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support
• Lead, train, and evaluate IT team members
• Plan and implement enterprise IT solutions and business applications
• Ensure data security, backups, and network access controls
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and manage risks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational needs
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV equipment
Requirements
• 4–6 years of IT experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven experience in IT operations and technology implementations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
