• Inspect civil activities such as excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Verify work execution against IFC drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
• Conduct pre-inspection, in-process, and final inspections.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS), and client standards.
• Check material approvals, delivery notes, and storage conditions on site.
• Monitor workmanship quality and tolerances.
???? Testing & Documentation
• Witness and record material and field tests (slump test, cube sampling, soil compaction, etc.).
• Raise and manage WIR / RFI / MIR as per the Inspection & Test Plan.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, test reports, and site quality logs.

• Identify defects and issue NCRs for non-conforming work or materials.
• Coordinate corrective actions and verify NCR closure.
• Support root-cause analysis and preventive measures.

• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors.
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in quality meetings and toolbox talks.
