Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with organizational standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards).
Process Compliance Monitoring:
Monitor operational activities to verify compliance with approved procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans.
Documentation Control:
Maintain and review quality documents such as procedures, inspection reports, audit records, NCRs, and corrective action reports to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Audit & Assessment Support:
Assist in conducting internal audits, supplier evaluations, and quality assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Continuous Improvement Facilitation:
Promote quality improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, tracking KPIs, and supporting root cause analysis to enhance overall process efficiency and product/service quality.
