Experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Professional with a strong background in Oil & Gas, EPC, and project-based environments, supporting large-scale projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Project Procurement & Expediting
Handling of long-lead and critical items (pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, structural steel, fasteners, electrical & instrumentation materials)
Close coordination with vendors on manufacturing schedules, inspection readiness, and delivery milestones
Tracking procurement progress and supporting weekly/monthly project reports
Ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS) and project specifications.
Monitoring the Key Procurement Process (MR/MTA-RFQ-CBE-PR-PO-NMR-SPDP) to ensure that all activities are being carried out in accordance to the project schedules/milestones and in compliance to SAMSS, SAES and Inspection Level requirements.
Preparation of Procurement Plan to define Quality Assurance and Quality Control Requirements for the procurement activities.
Quality, Inspection & Documentation:
Familiar with ITP, WPS/PQR, MTC/MTR, PMI, FAT, and TPI coordination (SGS, BV, TUV, DNV, etc.)
Review and control of vendor data books and final documentation
Logistics, Incoterms & Import/Export
Practical knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and logistics coordination
Experience managing customs clearance, delivery to site/warehouse, and logistics scheduling
Cost Control & Risk Management
Budget control, variance analysis, and cost optimization for project procurement
Identification and mitigation of supply chain risks affecting project schedule and cost
Cross-Functional Coordination
Strong coordination with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, Construction, Finance, and Contracts teams
Support to project teams to ensure procurement aligns with construction priorities and shutdown schedules
