Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Salesman to bring subcontracting and maintenance projects for our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, generating leads, and securing construction and facility maintenance works from companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Find and approach new clients for subcontract and maintenance works
• Generate leads from contractors, consultants, and property management companies
• Meet potential clients and present company services
• Follow up on quotations and close deals
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business
• Coordinate with technical team for site visits and scope discussions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Experience in construction / maintenance / facility management sales preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license preferred
• Knowledge of local market is an advantage
• Ability to work on targets
• Basic knowledge of subcontracting and maintenance works
