Key Responsibilities
1: Receive and review Permit to Work (PTW) before starting the job.
2: Ensure all safety conditions are met before work begins.
3:Conduct Toolbox Talks with workers.
6: Verify gas testing (if required).
5: Ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is followed.
7: Confirm proper use of PPE.
8: Coordinate with Safety Officer, Supervisor, and Permit Issuer.
9: Close the permit after completion of work.
Required Skills
1: Good knowledge of PTW system
2: Understanding of Hot Work, Cold Work, and Confined Space permits
3: Basic knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)
