Job Description

Prestious client is seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a structured office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments • Maintain and update contact lists • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system • Order office supplies and manage inventory • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings • Submit and reconcile expense reports • Provide general administrative support to visitors and management

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and planning abilities • Effective time management and multitasking skills • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills • Punctual, reliable, and service-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and team-based environment
