The Camp Boss will be responsible for managing and supervising all camp operations at a project site. This includes accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, and welfare of camp residents. The role ensures smooth daily operations in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and HSE standards.

1. Camp Operations Management

??????????????? •???????????? Manage accommodation allocation for employees and visitors.
??????????????? •???????????? Maintain updated camp occupancy records.
??????????????? •???????????? Ensure camp facilities are clean, hygienic, and well maintained.
2. Housekeeping Supervision
??????????????? •???????????? Monitor kitchen cleanliness and food storage compliance.
??????????????? •???????????? Oversee housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules.
??????????????? •???????????? Ensure laundry services operate efficiently.
?3. Maintenance Coordination
??????????????? •???????????? Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical,?and civil issues.
??????????????? •???????????? Ensure timely preventive maintenance of camp facilities.
??????????????? •???????????? Report major repair requirements to project management.
?5. Administration & Reporting

??????????????? •???????????? Manage camp inventory and supplies.
??????????????? •???????????? Control camp operational expenses.

?Qualifications & Requirements
