• Carry out regular and breakdown maintenance of ready mix concrete plant machinery.
• Identify mechanical issues and repair mixers, conveyors, silos, and related equipment.
• Ensure the plant runs smoothly with minimum downtime.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work closely with plant operators and supervisors for daily maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
• Diploma or ITI in mechanical or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of hands on experience in a ready mix concrete or industrial plant.
• Good practical knowledge of heavy machinery and maintenance tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
