I have completed my graduation with a major in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India in the year 2004. Since then?I have been working in the MEP construction field in KSA & UAE at different levels of job roles like MEP Assistant Project Manager, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer & Site Engineer. With more than 21 years of extensive experience in a wide range of projects like Shopping Mall, Residential Towers, Office buildings, Hotel & Makkah Haram (Prayer Buildings), I have achieved excellence in leading inhouse MEP team & Subcontractors for achieving Project Milestones & Targets.?

As Senior Mechanical Engineer & Project Engineer, my key responsibilities were Acquiring approvals of Shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings, Material submittals and site work inspections, Coordinating with planning engineer in preparing programme of works, Ensuring Procurement of all material on time, Allotment of Subcontractors for Specialized services, Preparing Variation claim for additional works, Execution of Mechanical systems like HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting services as per approved Programme of works.
As MEP Asst. Project Manager, I was responsible for leading inhouse MEP team of Engineers, Supervisors, Draughtsman & Office staff and Subcontractors for Submission of all necessary documents, drawings, calculations, submittals and execution of all Construction works. Coordinating with MEP engineers & subcontractors for execution of MEP works as per the programme, Reporting to the Management on work status, Attending meetings with Consultant & Main contractor, submission of Programme of works, Recovery Programme & Actions plan, Negotiating with Consultant for approvals & Monthly invoices, Submission of Closeout documents and Handing over of Project were my key responsibilities
