About the Role
We are seeking a practical, execution-focused Civil Quantity Surveyor to support residential villa projects from tender stage through construction.
The role requires strong experience in civil works measurement, BOQ preparation, cost control, and subcontractor certification.
This is a contractor-side role with direct involvement in live projects.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction
• Prepare detailed BOQs from structural and architectural drawings
• Perform quantity take-offs (steel, concrete, blockwork, plaster, etc.)
• Review and verify estimation quantities
• Support tender pricing and cost breakdown preparation
During Construction
• Track material quantities vs approved estimate
• Verify and certify subcontractor invoices
• Prepare and price variation orders
• Monitor material wastage and cost deviations
• Prepare monthly cost reports
Commercial & Coordination
• Coordinate with procurement for quantity verification
• Assist site engineers with quantity clarification
• Maintain cost database for future projects

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years experience as Quantity Surveyor (contractor side preferred)
• Strong experience in residential villa projects
• Solid understanding of structural drawings and reinforcement detailing
• Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
• Ability to perform independent quantity take-offs
• Familiar with subcontractor measurement and payment certification
Preferred:
• Experience in both civil and basic MEP quantity coordination
• Technical office exposure
