Job descriptions
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults for all devices included in the project and ensure continuous operation.
• Provide technical support and appropriate solutions for technical issues. • Perform cabling, connections, and device configuration to ensure proper operation and integration with the entity’s infrastructure.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure business continuity and effective maintenance operations.
• Document incidents using approved systems and comply with related regulations and procedures. • Adhere to cybersecurity policies when delivering technical support services.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Technical Support, Computer Maintenance, or related field. • Proven experience in maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ (not limited to). • Experience in disassembling, assembling, and maintaining hardware components. • Experience in electronics maintenance with relevant certifications. • Experience in computer networking with related certifications.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
