1️⃣ QC Inspectors – Multi‑Discipline (4 Positions)
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3‑year technical diploma
CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI
BGAS Level 2 / NACE Level 2 (or equivalent)
ASNT Level 2 in PT, MT, UT, RT (or equivalent)
Familiarity with API 510, 570, 650
Minimum 10 years’ experience in onshore construction inspection
Strong knowledge of process piping fabrication, erection, blasting & painting
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and witness construction activities (piping, vessels, tanks, etc.)
Conduct inspections and tests as per ITPs and approved procedures
Verify calibration of testing/measuring devices
Perform welding, NDE, PWHT, hydrotest inspections
Issue inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and follow‑ups
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Review drawings, specifications, and procedures
2️⃣ QC Supervisor – Multi‑Discipline (1 Position)
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
CSWIP 3.1/3.2, ASNT Level 2, BGAS/NACE Level 2
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in Project QMS implementation
Strong knowledge of process piping, materials (CS, SS, DSS, Inconel), blasting & painting
Excellent communication and computer skills
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee the Project Quality Management System
Execute the Contract Quality Plan and monitor its effectiveness
Conduct quality training for inspectors and project teams
Review Quality Plans, ITPs, and procedures
Monitor KPIs and provide quality performance insights
Lead/participate in audits and failure investigations
Manage NCRs, CARs, and audit records
Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to ensure quality compliance
