Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
- Greet and assist customers with menu choices, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf? equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf?, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Restock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and caf? products.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a caf?/food service environment preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and caf? operations is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and passion for coffee.
