We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost-related aspects of building construction projects from budgeting through final account settlement.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
• Develop BOQs and manage tendering processes
• Evaluate contractor quotations & prepare comparative statements
• Negotiate rates and finalize contracts/work orders
• Verify site measurements and certify RA bills
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
• Manage variations, extra items, and change orders
• Prepare MIS and commercial reports
• Review contractor bills and finalize project accounts
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• 8–14 years of experience in building construction projects
• Experience with a real estate developer preferred
• Strong knowledge of CPWD / IS specifications
• Proficiency in MS Excel & quantity take-offs
• ERP experience is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical & communication skills
