Responsibilities for master plumber
responsibilities for this position include:
Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures for gas, water, and sanitary lines – for storm drains, toilets, sinks, boilers, heat exchangers valves, pumps, drinking fountains, water stills, hot water heaters
Perform plumbing and general building maintenance services
Perform backflow testing for irrigation systems
Will make suggestions to customers on additional plumbing and maintenance needs
Maintain the license(s) required by KAN TRUST COMPANY for KTC to engage in the business the license covers, including but not limited to providing copies of all licenses held and ensure personal demographic information is accurate at all times
Ensure KTC remains in compliance with any and all applicable statutes and ordinances pertaining to KTC
Accountable for all services provided by a KTC Authorized Contractor or Service Technician
