• Prepare architectural drawings such as plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD.
• Prepare Interior Fit-Out layout drawings as per approved samples.
• Prepare shop drawings as per instructions from Project Engineers.
• Prepare As-Built drawings after project completion.
• Prepare scaled layout and plan for printing.
• Prepare granite flooring layout with skirting and wall cladding details.
• Prepare block work shop drawings.
• Prepare interior and full architectural shop drawings.
• Modify shop drawings as per site requirements for construction.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments.
• Calculate material quantities and prepare Excel sheet.
• Assist in preparing electrical and mechanical drawings with engineers.
• Prepare coordination drawings and detailed sections.
• Work effectively in team with good communication skills.
• Create exterior design models using SketchUp.
• Professionally working in AutoCAD with & working knowledge of Revit and SketchUp.
