Qualification for Team Leads: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunication or related field.
Requirements for Team Leads:
Must have full awareness of various site conditions like MW links, WL, MM, 2T2R, 8T8R, 4T6S, RRU Swap, Hot Swap, Hard Swap, Surveys and Power. Should have full awareness of Smart QC EHS tasks. ISDP
Must have excellent communication skills with knowledge of all microwave links configuration and field activities
Must be well aware and hands-on experience on Microwave / Wireless on Site Configurations / Integration.
Requirements for Supervisors / Technicians:
Must have complete knowledge of various site conditions like MW links, WL, MM, 2T2R, 8T8R, 4T6S, RRU Swap, Hot Swap, Hard Swap, Surveys and Power.
Must have knowledge of rectifier installation, alarms and battery bank installation.
Must be well aware and hands-on experience on installation of Microwave / Wireless / Rectifier’s installation on indoor / Alarms of 3rd Party Rectifier / OMO Site Team Supervision.
Requirements for Riggers:
Must be well aware and hands-on experience on Microwave / Wireless installation on outdoor / MW alignment / outdoor QC on Microwave / Wireless.
Must have thorough knowledge of installation of microwave links on site.
Expert in wireless power outdoor.
Expert in performing ISDP smart QC of WLS and MW (both) and surveying on tower.
