Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior OCM Consultant with 7–12 years of relevant experience to lead and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive change strategies, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of strategic, digital, and operational transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capability, consulting experience, and expertise in structured change methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter International frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Leadership
Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for large-scale transformation programs.
Define change vision, roadmap, governance structure, and success metrics.
Conduct enterprise-wide change impact and readiness assessments.
Establish adoption KPIs and measure change effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Partner with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to drive change alignment.
Coach leaders and sponsors on change leadership and sponsorship effectiveness.
Develop executive communication and engagement strategies.
Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across geographies and functions.
Communication & Training
Design enterprise communication strategies and multi-channel engagement plans.
Oversee development of training strategy, learning curriculum, and capability-building programs.
Ensure alignment between business process changes, technology implementation, and people readiness.
Program Integration
Collaborate with Program Managers, PMOs, HR, IT, and Business Units.
Integrate OCM workstreams within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
Manage change risks and resistance mitigation plans.
Lead and mentor junior OCM consultants or change analysts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
7–12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, or consulting roles.
Proven track record in leading OCM for ERP, CRM, HRIS, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization programs.
Hands-on experience applying structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter International 8-Step Model).
Strong executive presence and stakeholder influencing capability.
Experience managing global and cross-cultural transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
Experience in consulting firms or large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
Exposure to organizational design, operating model transformation, and culture change programs.
Experience in Agile transformation or digital product environments."
