The purpose of the role is to lead and supervise housekeeping operations, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction in hospitality establishments. This role requires consistent adherence to high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.


• Leading and supervising a team of housekeeping staff

• Assigning housekeeping duties and schedules

• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of premises

• Providing training and guidance to housekeeping staff

• Monitoring housekeeping activities and performance

• Addressing any issues or concerns raised by housekeeping staff

• Liaising with clients or facility managers for housekeeping requirements

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

• Reporting on housekeeping activities and progress

• Promoting a positive work culture within the housekeeping team
