Investigate root causes of non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Liaise with QA/QC, construction, and client representatives to evaluate technical deviations and ensure proper disposition (repair, rework, use-as-is, or reject).
Maintain NCR logs, status tracking, and close-out documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems and project requirements.
Monitor recurring issues and provide trend analysis reports to improve quality performance, reduce rework, and enhance overall project compliance.
