Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) on-site in alignment with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.
Supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing technical guidance, performance monitoring, and ensuring proper execution of ITPs, inspections, and testing activities.
Manage field non-conformities (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence.
Coordinate with project management, client representatives, and consultants to ensure quality compliance, audit readiness, and successful project handover.
