Experienced Pest Control Supervisor with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing pest control operations, supervising field teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pest control technicians and daily field operations
Plan and coordinate residential, commercial, and industrial pest control services
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Prepare service reports and client documentation
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
Maintain chemical inventory and usage records
Handle client complaints and provide technical solutions
