Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
Prepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and documentation
Conduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification (preferred or required)
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and best practices
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and under site conditions
