Job Responsibilities:
Quality Control (QC) Duties:
Inspect surface preparation before painting (blasting, cleaning, sanding, etc.)
Monitor and inspect painting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
Check coating thickness using DFT gauge and other inspection tools
Ensure proper mixing and application of paint systems
Maintain inspection reports and documentation
Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Supervisory Duties:
Supervise and coordinate painting crews on-site
Plan daily work activities and monitor progress
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain productivity and meet project deadlines
Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance
Coordinate with project managers and other departments
