Key Responsibilities

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages accurately.
Maintain client records, files, and basic documentation.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Assist management with reports, data entry, and internal communication.
Ensure the reception area and office environment remain organized and professional.
