Position: Contract & Payments Administration Assistant (Platforms & Social Media Support)
Location: Hofuf – On-site Start: Immediate
Department: Administration / Commercial Support
Reporting to: Office Manager / GM (as assigned)
Business Need
Support contract documentation, invoice follow-up, platform submissions, and administrative coordination for Hofuf operations.
Scope of Work
Contract filing, correspondence register, version control, and approvals tracking.
Maintain payments tracker (invoices, due dates, collections, retention, VAT documentation as applicable).
Platform submissions (uploads, confirmations, deadlines log).
Social media coordination support (approved postings + content archive).
Minimum Requirements
Relevant experience in administration with exposure to contracts and/or payments tracking.
Excel proficiency and strong documentation discipline.
Ability to work under deadlines; strong confidentiality.
Preference (Operational)
Female candidate residing in Hofuf with immediate availability.
