Currently, I serve as a Financial Accountant at AeroSeal Arabia, where I manage general ledger activities, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, intercompany reconciliations, and VAT return filing in compliance with ZATCA regulations. I also prepare standalone financial statements and reporting packages for the U.S. parent company while supporting group reporting and consolidation activities.
Previously, at AirSial Limited, I was responsible for preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements, managing IFRS 16 lease accounting for a fleet of 10 aircraft, supporting budgeting and long-term financial forecasting, monitoring working capital, and strengthening financial controls. I successfully identified and resolved a PKR 12.6 million banking misstatement, significantly improving financial accuracy and safeguarding company assets.
Earlier in my career with PKF F.R.A.N.T.S Chartered Accountants, I led audit engagements across manufacturing, trading, services, nonprofit organizations, and group companies. I gained extensive experience in IFRS compliance, statutory audits, internal controls, financial statement preparation, consolidation reviews, risk assessment, and audit coordination while supervising audit teams and working closely with senior management and clients.
