AutoCAD Draftsman, Architecture (Extra Structural+civil+3D)

Basically I'm Draftsman with the skills of.
(Draftsman + 3D modeler )
with skills of junior Engineer level,
1. Basically work at Architecture drafting. Optional if needed structural & civil technical drawings.
2. Coordination drawings, mobilisation drawings,
3. Can read all technical drawings, and collaborate.
4. To excavation till finishing work,
5. assistance 3D interior designer.
6. Peroration of Shop drawings, asbuilt drawings, sketch drawing. With clearing skills of code A B C.
7. Also can work as site supervisor.
8. Documentation filing, listing, reporting, requesting, storing, backup files, printing, scanning, excel log sheet updating, IT problems solving.
9. Programs I work mostly, 13 years AutoCAD, architecture AutoCAD, 10 years SketchUp, also experience of Revit , chief architect, lumion, adobe Photoshop, word excel mostly.
10. Other departments I can also work for collaboration Electrical, firefighting, HAVC, plumbing.
11. Work as under pressure.

As Architecture Draftsman
Fundamental Architectural Plans (Orthogonal Projections)
Site Plan (or Plot Layout): A bird's-eye view showing property boundaries, building footprint, landscaping, and utilities.

2. Detail and Component Drawings (Large Scale)
Wall Sections: Detailed vertical cuts of walls showing insulation, framing, and materials.
Detail Drawings (Typical Details): Large-scale drawings of specific components (e.g., roof-to-wall connection, foundation footings).
Door and Window Schedules/Details: Detailed drawings, sizes, and types for all openings.
Staircase Details: Plans and sections of stairs.
Interior Elevations: Views of interior walls, highlighting cabinetry, wall finishes, and fittings.
Millwork/Cabinetry Drawings: Detailed shop drawings for built-in furniture.
Floor Pattern/Finishes Plan: Details of floor materials and patterns.

3. Project Stage & Approval Drawings
Concept Drawings: Initial sketches showing layout and ideas.
Preliminary Drawings: Refined drawings for client visualization and planning.
Sanction/Permit Drawings: Formal documents submitted for local authority approval.
Tender/Bid Drawings: Detailed drawings used to get cost estimates from contractors.
Working Drawings (Construction Set): The final, detailed drawings used for on-site construction.
As-Built Drawings (Record Drawings): Finalized drawings showing changes made during construction.

4. Specialized Drawings
Demolition Plans: Plans showing existing structures to be removed.
Landscaping Plan: Detailed layout of site planting and external features.
