We are looking for an experienced Chimney Cake Maker / Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and baking chimney cakes (Trdeln?k) with high quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake chimney cakes according to company standards
• Prepare dough, fillings, and toppings
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure product quality and presentation
• Monitor stock and report ingredient needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or pastry production
• Experience in making chimney cakes is required
• Experience in Breasta (if applicable to your business concept) is a plus
