We are seeking a seasoned Technical Coordinator to lead our technical department for a major, high-budget project. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of elite joinery detailing and robust site-management authority.
The Role: Lead the Technical Lifecycle
You will be the final authority on technical accuracy, ensuring that what is designed in the office is perfectly executable on-site and in the factory.
Department Leadership: Supervise the drafting team and control all production drawings for factory output.
Drawing Mastery: Review and approve all shop drawings before submission; resolve complex technical RFIs.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between the Consultant and Main Contractor.
Site & Material Control: Validate site readiness, manage material submittals, and oversee precise BOQ/material take-offs.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 6–10 years in Joinery & Interior Fit-out (Essential).
Regional Expertise: Solid GCC experience (Saudi/Qatar/UAE preferred).
Technical Skills: * Expertise in independent shop drawing preparation.
Strong documentation, BOQ, and material submittal control.
Capability to coordinate MEP/Civil clearances and site validation.
