⏰ Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🎯 Target-Based: Daily 150 CTN on cash sales (no credit)
Job Summary
The Banana Sales Executive is responsible for driving banana sales across retail outlets and small supermarkets in Jeddah. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, achieving sales targets, and coordinating efficiently with warehouse and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with retail shops and small supermarkets in Jeddah.
Promote and sell banana products to new and existing customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while growing market share.
Identify and develop new retail opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to collect orders and monitor product movement.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and customer demand.
Ensure proper product handling, display, and quality standards.
Follow up on cash payments and outstanding balances.
Provide market insights on pricing, competition, and customer trends.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Requirements
Experience in fresh produce, fruit trading, or FMCG sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Jeddah retail market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid driving license preferred.
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
