Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across all brands under Niche Food Co. The role combines brand strategy, digital marketing, campaign execution, partnerships, and performance analysis.



Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines for each concept.
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, messaging, and customer experience.
• Position each brand clearly within the Jeddah dining market.
• Lead brand launch strategies for new concepts.

2. Campaign & Promotion Management
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, National Day, summer, etc.).
• Drive footfall through targeted promotions.
• Collaborate with operations to create revenue-driven campaigns.

3. Digital & Social Media Management
• Oversee Instagram, Google listings, and website presence.
• Create monthly content calendars for all brands.
• Manage paid ads (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Track engagement, reach, and ROI performance.
• Supervise content creation (photoshoots, reels, etc).

4. PR Management
• Identify and manage food influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Handle media relations and restaurant reviews.
• Coordinate PR coverage for openings and milestones.
• Manage reputation across Google Reviews and social platforms.

5. Performance & Analytics
• Analyze sales data and correlate marketing efforts to revenue.
• Provide monthly marketing performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity in Jeddah.
• Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance metrics.

6. Partnerships & Corporate Sales Support
• Support Niche Catering and corporate accounts through targeted outreach.
• Build loyalty programs and retention strategies.



Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience (hospitality/F&B preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, especially Jeddah.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Design skills in photoshop or Adobe is a big plus.
