Contracts Manager – Manpower Management (Service Industry) - Urgent Hiring

We are seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee manpower deployment and contract execution for our commercial and industrial cleaning services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that staffing levels align with contract terms, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high service standards while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Manpower & Contract Management

Monitor and manage site-wise manpower deployment strictly in accordance with contract terms.
Prevent overstaffing and minimize overtime, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
Allocate manpower efficiently to meet service quality standards and client expectations.
Operational Coordination

Liaise with site supervisors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
Track attendance, productivity, and utilization metrics; address discrepancies promptly.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and present regular reports on manpower utilization, contract performance, and financial metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and local labor regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in contracts management, manpower services, or facilities management, preferably in the service industry.
Skills: Strong planning, analytical, and reporting abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple sites and contracts simultaneously.
Location: Based in Bahrain; familiarity with local labor laws is a plus.
