Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
Identify and target potential clients, firms across Bahrain and GCC
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers for long-term partnerships
Pitch customized interior design solutions, furniture packages, and bespoke furnishings to meet client needs and budgets
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, contract closing, and follow-up for repeat/referral business
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are translated into winning deliverables
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through proactive outreach (calls, emails, site visits, networking events)
Track market trends in interiors/furniture and provide insights to refine sales strategies
Salary: Good salary base + attractive commissions/bonuses (uncapped potential on project value)

Requirements: 5+ years in business development/sales (interior design, furniture, fit-out, or related B2B preferred), strong network in Bahrain real estate/hospitality, proven track record closing large deals, excellent negotiation and presentation skills
