Accounting Skills: -
Preparation and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow statements).
Preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws. Keep up to date with tax regulations and assist with tax audits when necessary. Internal Controls:
Coordinate internal and external audits, providing requested documentation and supporting the audit process.
Preparation of reconciliations of bank accounts, Customer/Supplier, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Experience in Accounts (Purchasing & Suppliers - Customer & Sales - Payroll - Cash)
AR, AP & Revenue management & analysis.
Record monthly Accrued Expenses and monthly Prepaid Expenses
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles.
Knowledge of Store Inventory Control System (Stock Report, Store Receipt, Inspection Report, Purchase Order, Quotation Comparative Statement, Invoice. etc.)
Knowledge of Import and Export Documentations.(Letter of Credit, Performa Invoice, Good Declaration Note, Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing List. Bank Credit Advice, Form-E etc.)
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively to act as the center of expertise within organization for all activities related to Project Management.
I have well versed with accounting software like Zoho Books,Tally-ERP-9, Oracle-ERP, Be Falcon, MS Office- Word, Excel, Power point etc.
