We are looking for an Invoice Clerk to join our team.
JOB PURPOSE
An Invoicing Clerk contributes to success of the company by ensuring invoices and Delivery notes are generated correctly and all supporting documents are properly documented.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensuring that client information details are kept up to date.
Generating invoices and delivery notes to customers.
Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final Invoice.
Reporting issues or irregularities and resolving discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
Handling clients' account queries, walk in customers’ requests, as well as cash payments which is the Invoice Clerk responsibility to verify and coordinate with accounts
Tasks such as: Filing of invoice, cancellations, customer inquiries, order printing and processing, order dispatching for drivers (missing invoices or uncancelled invoice to be charged to the Clerk if proven to be negligent)
Maintaining accurate records of all invoices and related files.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of basic accounting math
Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries.
Familiar with accounting software
Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices.
Great customer service skills to work with various clients.
Preferably with a minimum of 2yrs experience in FMCG Industry.
Education Background: College level
Salary Breakdown:
Basic - 180.000 BHD
Transportation Allowance - 15.000 BHD
Accommodation Allowance - 30.000 BHD
