We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong background in road construction and earthworks projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in infrastructure / road projects
• Proven experience in:
• Earthworks & bulk excavation
• Subgrade, Subbase & Base Course works
• Asphalt works (Prime, Tack, Binder, Wearing)
• Project scheduling & cost control
• Handling consultants & client meetings
• Managing subcontractors & site teams
• Strong knowledge of SEC / MOT / Municipality specifications
• Ability to manage project budget, progress & claims
• Valid driving license
Responsibilities:
• Full project planning and execution control
• Monitoring schedule, cost & quality
• Leading site engineers & supervisors
• Preparing progress reports & client correspondence
• Managing payments, variations & project risks
• Ensuring HSE compliance on site
