Role Summary: Timely completion of project within given time frame & budget, to maintain quality of work at all stages including safety norms, specifications, good engineering practices and meeting customer satisfaction. This encompasses the key milestones as follows
Area of Responsibility:
Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on monthly basis.
Prepare budget, performance, cash in-flow, and monitor to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution.
Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year.
Achieve projected/agreed revenue, billing and collection in the quarter/year.
Ensure timely submission of monthly RA bills and be responsible for certification of final bill, and material reconciliation at the end of the project.
Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation, strategies and implementation thereof to reduce cost, increase earning and hence improve upon margins.
Figure out extra items of work, ordered to be executed but no rate exists therefor, and settle price thereof with customer.
Co-ordinate with engineering, procurement functions for smooth execution.
Motivate and manage site personnel.
Plan, estimate site infrastructure & ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage.
Understand customer expectations & requirement, and inculcate the same in the sub-ordinates.
Develop a good rapport with client/consultant and smooth boundary management.
Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims.
Contractual correspondence with client & consultants.
Ensure adherence to standards, Kalpataru code of conduct (KCoC), KPTL values, ABAC, SOP’s established by the company.

20 + Years in Oil & Gas cross country pipeline industry.
Previous Aramco approval is highly desirable. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates with adequate experience with major middle east clients also can apply.
