Key Responsibilities:
Manage dredging operations
Plan and supervise project schedules and budgets
Lead and coordinate crews and equipment
Ensure safety and environmental standards are met
Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities
Monitor project progress and resolve issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marine or Civil Engineering or related field
Relevant certifications in dredging and safety preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in dredging operations within the GCC region
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication abilities
Knowledge of dredging equipment and techniques
