Location: Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee our Aluminum Factory operations supporting construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in aluminum systems, shop drawings, fabrication processes, and factory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations for aluminum fabrication and production
Review and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for production planning
Ensure quality standards are met for aluminum works (windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, etc.)
Supervise production staff, foremen, and technicians
Monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines
Ensure proper material planning and inventory control
Implement safety procedures and factory compliance standards
Optimize workflow and improve production efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
Minimum 7–10 years experience in aluminum fabrication / construction industry
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles, hardware, and fabrication methods
Ability to read and review technical drawings and shop drawings
Strong leadership and production management skills
Experience managing factory manpower and workflow
