Requirements:
✔ NAPO Safety Certification (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience as HSE Officer
✔ Valid Iqama (Transferable Preferred)
✔ Experience in Construction / Industrial Projects
✔ Good knowledge of Saudi Safety Regulations

Conduct risk assessment & toolbox talks
Ensure compliance with site safety standards
