• Inspection and color-coding tools and rigging gears and equipment’s as per
requirement
• Conducting normal and heavy lifting.
• Prepare and report finding’s with recommendation’s for corrective action.
• Preparation and requesting for third party for inspections of lifting tackles.
• Mentoring and scheduling of worker’s unloading of materials using fork lift’s
(Tandem Fork Lift) if necessary.
• Observe Worker’s and working with total safety procedures.
• Supervise and coordinates activities of worker engaged in all rigging and lifting
activities, to ensure compliance with safety procedure and method statements.
Familiar with heavy lift plan and procedure.
Assist field personal in the analysis and assessment risk in lifting activities.
• Reviewing and approval lifting plan and job safety analysis (JSA).
• Ensure crane operator and rigger is qualified and certified by third party.
• Field execution of all lifting activities within respective area and responsibility.
• Leads work crew and worker engaged in lifting and moving material’s and
machines using power operated equipment such as crane, hoists winches etc.
