Lead on-site QA activities to ensure all construction and installation works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and applicable standards (e.g., ISO, client specifications).
Implementation of QA/QC Procedures:
Develop, implement, and monitor field quality control procedures, method statements, and inspection protocols to maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Coordination with Project Teams:
Collaborate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve quality issues, conduct joint inspections, and ensure smooth execution of work without rework or delays.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Management:
Identify quality deviations, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and properly documented.
Audit & Reporting:
Conduct internal quality audits, monitor KPIs, prepare quality reports, and provide management with performance analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement on-site.
