Job Description:
Supervise efficient working of departments and assigned shifts.
Conduct pre-meal meetings and ensure service standards are maintained.
Administer training programs, prepare schedules, and handle inventory.
Monitor and manage guest complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
Inspect food and beverage preparation and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with food quality and operational standards.
Coordinate with the General Manager on daily operations.
Maintain financial and administrative records.
Evaluate employee performance and recommend incentives.
Develop promotional and merchandising plans.
Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Education & Experience:
