Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insulation Tube Fabrication Worker to join our transformer manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. This specialized role is dedicated to the production of high-quality "protective" components. You will be responsible for manufacturing insulation tubes and components essential for preventing electrical discharge and managing thermal stability within the transformer.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Processing: Execute the fabrication of insulation components (pressboard, resin-based tubes, etc.) in strict accordance with technical drawings and the production plan.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all finished components meet precise quality inspection standards and factory requirements.
Operational Efficiency: Carry out cost-control tasks and minimize material waste during the fabrication process.
Workplace Management: Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly following 5S management protocols (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Requirements
Education: Technical secondary school diploma or above.
Major: Electromechanical-related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in transformer manufacturing or insulation component processing.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with transformer manufacturing processes, quality inspection standards, and basic insulation processing techniques.
