Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
Managing and maintaining HSE documentation, including policies, procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and safety manuals.
Controlling document flow (incoming/outgoing documents, transmittals, submittals, revisions, and approvals).
Preparing and updating safety reports (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
Maintaining incident/accident records and tracking corrective actions.
Coordinating with Safety Officers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers for documentation compliance.
Ensuring all documents are properly filed (hard copy & electronic filing system).
Maintaining training records, toolbox talk records, and employee certifications.
Assisting in internal and external safety audits.
Preparing gate passes, work permits, and safety clearance documents.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document management systems, and data entry.
